DEliVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our standard delivery charge is $15.00
Ordering times: For delivery on the same day you are ordering, orders must be placed before 2.00pm Weekdays & 11.00 am Saturdays.
Delivery times: Weekday deliveries will be made to business addresses before 5.00pm and to residential addresses before 7.00pm.
Saturday deliveries will be made before 5.00pm
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
If you would like a same day delivery and it is outside standard delivery times, or need to organise a special delivery time, please call our customer service team on 9572 7399.
When making a delivery we like to ensure that everything runs smoothly, it is important that the details you provide when ordering are correct, also, the more information you can provide us, the better. Make a note of any special instructions, we have provided an area in the ordering process "Special Delivery Instructions" for any extra details you may need to provide.
We also recommend leaving your phone number, should there be any unforseen problems such as the recipient not being home at the time of delivery, it helps to be able to contact you for further instructions. A standard delivery charge of $15.00will be charged for the return, and our customer service team will contact you for instructions on re-delivery.
