REFUNDS & RETURNS

We visit the market every day, and are proud of our reputation for fresh, quality flowers, gift baskets and plants. However even with the best intentions in the world sometimes flowers vase life can be shortened  for reasons we are unable control. There are a variety of things such as transportation issues, grower production, weather and temperatures variations, seasonal availability and so on. This is equally true for potted plants and fresh food products. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, we will need to inspect the flowers/gifts within 48 hours to enable a proper and fair assessment.

All our flower care instructions must be followed.

All refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, we must receive your request 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date. No cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 10% of the total order value.

Orders that are already prepared or dispatched may not be cancelled.

All refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.
